How it works

  1. Order anything on the site during July. There's nothing to enter and nothing to remember — every qualifying order is automatically in the draw.
  2. In August we draw 20 winning orders at random: 10 from the original birthday pool, and 10 more from every order placed in July.
  3. Winners get their entire order refunded — product, shipping, the lot (up to $500) — straight back to their original payment method. We'll email you if it's you.

Birthday Refund Draw — Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter. Medical Symbiosis Pty Ltd (ABN 32 602 385 580), Unit G06, 84 Curlewis Street, Bondi Beach NSW 2026, operator of au.steadyfreddy.com ("we").
  2. The offer. As announced by email on 8 July 2026 and extended as announced on this page: we are fully refunding 20 orders placed during July 2026 — 10 from the original draw pool and 10 more from the extended pool.
  3. Entry. Entry is automatic — no minimum spend, no bundle, no code. Original pool (closed): the first 100 qualifying orders placed on au.steadyfreddy.com from 8 July 2026, 10:00am AEST to 10 July 2026, 11:30am AEST, when the 100th qualifying order was received; 10 winning orders will be drawn from it. Extended pool: every qualifying order placed on au.steadyfreddy.com from 1 July 2026, 12:00am AEST to 31 July 2026, 11:59pm AEST; 10 winning orders will be drawn from it. Orders that win in the original pool are excluded from the extended draw.
  4. Qualifying order. Any paid order on au.steadyfreddy.com in the relevant window. Orders cancelled, fully refunded, or subject to a payment dispute before the draw do not qualify. Each order is one entry; maximum one winning order per customer across the promotion.
  5. The draws. Both draws will be conducted by random selection in August 2026 at the Promoter's office in Bondi Beach, NSW.
  6. The prize. Each winning order is refunded in full, including shipping, up to A$500 per order, to the original payment method within 10 business days of the draw. Winners are notified by email at the address on their order. No action is required to claim — refunds are processed automatically. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative beyond the refund itself.
  7. Exclusions. Employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. If a winning order has already been refunded in full under our 30-Night Guarantee, a replacement winner is drawn.
  8. General. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Promoter's decision is final.
